Wyoming has a volunteer fire department and volunteer ambulance servicefor emergency service to it's resident. Wyoming also offers home mail delivery, garbage and recycling pick up with garbage and recycling to be place at curb on Tuesday night for early morning pickup on Wednesday. Gas and electric service is provided by Ameren Cilco. Mediacom and Verizon provide telephone, cable, and high speed internet service to the city. A State of Illinois Driver's License facility is located in downtown Wyoming.
